Privacy Policy

PIXELHALL is a computer club, not a data business. We collect the smallest amount of information needed to hold your station and keep the hall running, and we do not sell or trade it. This page explains what we keep, why, and for how long, in plain language.

What we collect

When you book a station through the form on our site, we store the name, email, date, hall, and block you send us. That is the whole record — enough to reserve your square and reach you if a session needs rescheduling. We do not ask for payment details on the website; you settle at the front desk when you arrive.

Cookies

Our site sets two small cookies. One remembers that you accepted this notice, so the banner does not follow you around. The other can remember the hall you last chose to save you a click. They live only in your browser, carry no advertising identifiers, and are never shared with third parties. If your browser blocks cookies, the site still works — a local storage note is used as a fallback instead.

How we use it

Booking details are used to manage reservations and to understand, in rough terms, how busy each hall gets. We do not build profiles, run advertising pixels, or pass your email to marketing lists. If we ever email you, it will be about a booking you made.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while they are useful for running the club and are cleared on a routine basis once a reservation is well in the past. You can ask us to delete your record sooner by contacting the front desk with the email you booked under.

Your choices

Write to us to see, correct, or delete the details tied to your bookings. Reach the club by email at [email protected], by phone at +55 11 98321-4972, or in person at the front desk. We answer the same way we run the wall here: honestly and without games.
